| Subject: | Wb background takes ages with ppc datatype |
I wrote in earlier to sort out the problem I have when the WB backdrop is
loading.
Im using the AKJfif datatype and figured out that its not using the ppc at
all,
although the plugin is there.
I want it to use the Powerup version, but it doesnt load it, according to
snoopdos.
But it does use the .wos plugin when I put the .wos plugin in the same dir.
With nothing there, it takes around 20 seconds before the picture is loaded,
and the whole system feels much slower.
Perhaps it has something to do with the latest flash?

What's it doing with ENV: ? I run mountenv and thought that cd'ing to ENV: in
a cli
window would bring me to prefs:env-archive but it doesnt ;) There's no ENV dir
in ram: either.
I run fastiprefs aswell, and I am using the latest picture.datatype.
Sometimes the background loads in 2 secs, sometimes in 20.
How come? :)
